He did spray all of them with my Super Pheromone.
Tabiat burung walet bertelor diatas Styrofoam tanpa membuat sarang terlebih
Dimanakah buktinya? Dalam RBW saya yang mempunyai fenomewa
pelik "HAHAHAHAHAHA pelik ya " ( Walet bertelor tanpa membuat sarang )kalau betul pelik lah
seperti di sangka oleh seseorang yang sangat berpengalaman atau SIfu
burung walet.
During my recent meeting with him he told me something interesting.
He was referring to this strange behavior of a young couple that adopted one of the fake nest.
This particular nest he was referring to was the triangular shape fake nest.
What happen here was that during his second visit to the BH he saw the
birds dig into the surface of the Styrofoam surface turning the flat
surface into a kind of shallow hole.
At first he did not understand why they did a shallow hole so he just let it be.
The next visit he was surprised that there was an egg inside it.
Bloody hell how come they never use their saliva at all and only the shallow hole?
He could not believed that these swiftlet are so lazy to spit their
saliva but use this new technique which we have never seen before.
After the next visit he saw that they have laid two eggs and there were signs of saliva around the edge of the styrofoam.
He could not understand the basis of this whole incident and wanted my opinion.
Well what I described to him was something like this:
When a male bird wanted to get his female partner to make love he need to provide her the confident that a nest is ready.
The female bird will only allow him to make love to her if she is
confident enough that after he fertilized her egg she will need a place
to lay her two eggs.
If he can proved to her that the place to lay her eggs is ready she will allow him to copulate.
This is where this particular male swiftlet make a dash to get a nest
ready. He must be a new young bird with very little saliva.
I hope the above explaination is interesting and right.
